I’m Adam Jimenez-Schulman. I work as a leadership coach and organizational partner, supporting leaders through complexity and change.
I lead with a people-centered, coaching mindset.
That means listening deeply, fostering reflection, and constructively challenging in service of leaders building awareness, clarity, and true ownership of their decisions and growth. Rather than imposing solutions, I focus on creating the conditions for insight, learning, capacity-building, and action.
