Why I do this work…
I’ve spent my career working as and alongside leaders who are carrying heavy responsibility, often in complex, high-stakes environments where decisions affect people, teams, and communities.
Across roles as a senior leader, head of people, and formal coach, my emphasis has always been on coaching over directing: cultivating leadership capacity, supporting thoughtful decision-making, and helping organizations become places where people can learn, stretch, grow, and thrive.
I believe meaningful change happens through clarity, ownership, and intentional action, grounded in how people are treated and supported at every level and in every situation.
I want to be your partner in this change.
How my experience shapes my approach…
I studied Applied Economics and Management as an undergrad at Cornell University, and then studied Leadership and Change Management as a graduate student via fellowship at Vrije Universiteit.
My professional background spans strategy consulting, social impact leadership, and senior people leadership. In these roles I’ve worked closely with executive leaders and their teams during periods of growth, transition, and complexity.
I’m often brought in as a connector and unifier. Someone who can listen deeply across perspectives, clarify assumptions, and help leaders and teams move from fragmented views toward shared understanding. I regularly support leaders in navigating tension, aligning across functions, and making intentional decisions where there are no easy answers.
My coaching philosophy…
I am trained as a Co-Active Coach, and My formal coach training and practice are grounded in the belief that leaders already hold the capacity, wisdom, and capabilities they need, and we partner together to unlock those things.
Our work together is about creating the conditions for insight, learning, and forward progress, especially where something feels stuck, unclear, or blocked.
It’s not about prescribing solutions. Instead, I listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and offer constructive challenge in service of:
Greater awareness and clarity
Stronger alignment with values
True ownership of decisions and growth
Sustainable action that lasts beyond our work together
